The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from 360medico. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between us and you as the buyer

If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the item, you can find them under the product description on the website, or on the packaging.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery of goods from 360medico is considered to have taken place when the goods have been delivered. The shipment of goods takes place through GLS, DAO or Postnord.

Delivery time is approx. 5-14 working days, after the package is sent, we pack and send 3 days a week, Monday, Thursday and Friday, between kl. 8.30 and 12.30. If the package is returned to us because it has not been picked up at the post office, you will receive the amount paid minus shipping return.

The risk for the item:

The risk for the item passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

Use of the item

360medico does not guarantee how the buyer uses the goods, nor for misuse.

Complaint

Any errors or defects in delivery from 360medico must be notified to us, within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, please contact us quickly. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear for up to two years from the time you have received the item. Items with defects and deficiencies that have arisen due to wear and tear or incorrect use will not be returned.

For all products, there is no guarantee or right of complaint as soon as the product is used, the shelf life depends on how the product is used.

All prices on 360medico are in DKK and ex. VAT.

Personal information

personal information registered on 360medico.com will not be transferred, sold or made available to third parties.

When paying, a secure encrypted method is used through the shop system.

The shop system uses cookies. A cookie is a file that is stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save its own address information for the next visit. If you want to delete this information at a later time, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, this is done, for example, via the menu “Functions” and the menu item “Internet settings”.

During a purchase, we must use name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. the purchase agreement is not stored with us in a way so that you can later log in and see / change status.

In addition, we register the IP address from which any. purchases are made. The information is usually not used, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police.

Cf. the Personal Data Act, we provide information on inquiries about registered information, and on the basis of any objections, we make deletion to the extent desired.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods. If you regret the purchase, you must therefore notify us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

You have a duty to return the item in the same condition, unbroken packaging and quantity as it was received. It is a requirement that the goods are returned as a package and in the same box in which it was received. Refunds are made via debit when you have paid by credit card, you must expect that it can take 4 working days if you have a credit card with immediate debiting. Or 30 business days for credit cards with delayed debit before the money is registered in your account.
